2. The service
Muftiyaan gives access to answers and content provided by an independent reviewing board. Habinix LLC provides the technology platform and is not responsible for the content of answers.
3. Your conduct
Use the app lawfully and respectfully. Spam, abuse, harassment or attempts to reverse-engineer the app may lead to suspension of access.
4. Intellectual property
The app's software, design and branding belong to Habinix LLC. Answers and published content remain the property of their authors or the reviewing board.
5. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Habinix LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
