I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. We'll email reset instructions to your registered address.
How long does an answer take?
It depends on the question and current volume. Most answers arrive within two to three days.
The app closes when I open it.
Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If it still happens, email us your device model and operating system version.
