Delete your Muftiyaan data

How to delete your account and personal data.

In the app

  1. Open Muftiyaan and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings, then Account.
  3. Tap “Delete account and data”.
  4. Confirm when asked.

By email

If you can't sign in, email support@habinix.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Data deletion request – Muftiyaan” and your registered name.

What happens next

After we verify the request, we delete your profile, sign-in credentials and settings from our production systems within 72 hours. Limited records may be kept where the law requires, as described in the privacy policy.
